Randy Rodgers is the Executive Director of the Bretton Woods Committee. He is also Founder and Managing Partner of Change Foundations, LLC, a global management consulting firm that assists public and private sector organizations in planning and successfully carrying out their most critical business and organizational change initiatives. He has more than a decade experience as a management consultant – working for Top 5 firms and most recently with Deloitte's financial services consulting practice – helping federal financial agencies address their business, IT, and human capital challenges in the evolving regulatory environment. He also specializes in trade facilitation, and has helped the governments of Egypt and Jordan to modernize and reform their trade and customs regimes.
Mr. Rodgers is a former Consular Officer with the U.S. Department of State. He has wide ranging international experience across Latin America, Africa and the Middle East, and has published Op-Eds and Letters to the Editor in the Financial Times, The Economist, The Washington Times, and The Ripon Forum.
Mr. Rodgers received a MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, a MA in International Relations from the American University, and a BA in History from the Honors College at Arizona State University.
